Effective August 1, 2021 card on file shall be charged when rebooking your next visit. Card on file shall be charged 3 days before scheduled appointment. Appointment confirmations and reminders (2 days before appt) are sent via emai/text. Although our policy for booking has always required a card on file and Non-refundable deposits. Deposits are required to secure appointments. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and are applied towards initial service.
If deposit payment are unpaid or declined appointment is available for the next available client. Client may be banned from booking future appointments. If client receives a deposit invoice, invoice will be sent via email/text. Invoice must be fullfilled within specified time stated in invoice in order to secure appointment and a card on file is still required when fulfilling invoice. There is a $4.95 transaction fee on all deposit invoices. Transaction fee are NOT apart of service cost. To avoid transaction fees securing deposit using the card on file would be the idealistic option. We will update cards on file upon check-in effective immediately.
Because we provide services in a timely manner it is important to arrive on time. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment we appreciate a 24-hour notice. All late cancellations shall be charged 100% of the service. You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24-hours before your appoinment begins. Our policy shall apply to everyone or else Browz & Esthetics Spa would not be open for business. We ask that you extend the same courtesy by arriving on time or cancel 24-hours before your appointment begins. We want our clients to get the "Ultimate BEBJM Experience that they came for!"
Late Cancellation Policy:
* Reschedule Email must be sent within 3 days of canceled appointment in order to be placed on reschedule list. Friday and Sat cancelations are to contact by Monday 4pm in order to Reschedule. We are closed on Tuesdays and Sundays. Someone from our team will contact by the end of next business day.
Card on file is charged when client violates any of the following policies:
*If client card on file declines or unable to be charged, client will be banned from booking future appointments or until charge has been fulfilled. We respect all of our clients time and ask that you do the same.
If client, exceeds 10 mins it will be at the Beauty Professionals discretion whether to keep appointment with clients that are late. To adjust time appropriately in order to accommodate following appointments or client may have to reschedule.
BEBJM Late Cancellation
*If For any reason BEBJM has to reschedule an appointment we will ALWAYS contact the client directly via phone first, Email then text. If we have not spoken with client within 48 hours of us following those 3 contact methods. As a courtesy we will honor a reschedule. However, client has 14 days from the original appointment date to contact spa directly.
No Children /Extra Guest:
We love the kids and guest!! Due to safety precautions and liability we CANNOT be responsible for watching a child/children during your appointment. We ask respectfully that you do NOT bring any children(babies included) or guest that aren't being serviced. We also advise not to leave children in the car that are not of legal age to do so. Our seating is limited due to by scheduling by appointments only. Ask about our Bestie services!
No Refunds or Cash back:
Consultations are not required but are highly encouraged. ALL first time facials and new facial clients require a deposit whether scheduled online or directly by spa. When booking online a consent form is required prior to being serviced. Please be sure to make sure Esthetician or therapist are aware of any known allergies, skincare products or medications taking daily.
Consent forms are updated annually or if there are any updates to our forms, new allergies, skincare regimen or medication history. Please be sure to make *Esthetician/Therapist aware of any new or current allergies or medications.
*If you've hadn't had a facial within the last 90 days a updated intake form is required. Extractions ONLY are for those that have had a skin consultation within 60 days or are a recurring client receiving ongoing facial services. Depending upon client skin's condition Esthetician may recommend a series of routine extractions in between acne facial treatments to aid in relief.
