Covid-19 Policy
Mask must be worn and are MANDATORY in order to enter the premises. Mask must remain on your face properly during ALL services with the exception of facials.
We are dedicated in practicing a safe and healthy work place following CDC, DPOR, and Dept. of Health guidelines. It is BEBJM & staff, priority to follow those guidelines. Not only will we continue to follow and practice those guidelines. BEBJM have implemented stricter daily sanitizing, disinfecting and spa protocols to ensure the needs are being meet under the guidelines of health officials.
Booking Policy:
All appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit. With a credit/debit card on file. Deposits are applied at checkout to the initial service. No Refunds! Appointments are not secure on the schedule until deposit/invoice has been fulfilled. A card must be on file in order to schedule.
Payments are charged to card on file for the following:
1. if client does not show, late cancel, bring children/guest, late arrival. We highly recommend reading policies and other important information prior to scheduling.
If client card on file declines, client will be banned from booking future appointments. We respect all of our clients time and ask that you do the same. Because we provide services in a timely manner it is important to arrive on time. If you are beyond the 15 min late arrival window. For any reason BEBJM may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we will ALWAYS contact the client directly! We will NOT email regarding such. Automated emails are sent for appointment reminders/confirmations, if or when appointments are rescheduled or cancelled. A text is sent ONLY after we have contacted client via phone directly, left one detailed voicemail and yet to receive a response. DO NOT TEXT or EMAIL to cancel or reschedule appts. call spa directly at (757)833-4054. Texting will be handled as a NO SHOW.
TEXTING:
Please DO NOT text to cancel or reschedule ANY appointment. BEBJM may send text regarding appointment cancellations or rescheduling only after we have contacted client via phone and/or unable to leave a voicemail. Most times checking emails are neglected. Whereas texting are most alternate form of communication these days. BEBJM has a 3 step contact method; We Call, We leave a voicemail and then, We text.
Courtesy Re-book/Partial Refund:
We ask that you extend the same courtesy by arriving on time, contacting us directly and/or respond back so that we may assist you in a timely manner. We want our clients to get the Ultimate "BEBJM" Experience they came for!
No refunds!! Because we understand unforeseen situations may occur. We have implemented a courtesy rebook policy and a Partial Refund policy. Partial refunds are permitted only to those that are veterans or visiting out of the state. Our partial refund clients shall receive 30% of the deposit or 50% of the total cost if paid in full. No refunds on any late cancellations/no shows/late arrivals or children and extra guest.
Important Information:
Because we are by appointment ONLY we ask that you respect our time and those that are awaiting due to limited availability and follow our spa policies and guidelines.
1. We ask that you do NOT bring Children or Extra guest that are not being serviced. Please be sure to have read and reviewed our Child safety policy.(this includes babies. Do NOT leave children inside the car.
2. If you do not see a specific date or time available chances are that slot is booked. However, you may contact spa directly or text to be placed on our waitlist (See Wait list details below)
3. Do not park in Robert's Furniture parking lot. YOU WILL BE TOWED! The first 3 parking spaces in the front of the spa (right side of the building) are BEBJM 's parking spaces. Additional parking spaces across the parking lot are permitted and parking available on the side of the street.
NO REFUNDS! NO Cash App payments!! Preferred method of payment accepted are: card payments, Cash welcomed.
**LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY**
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment we appreciate a 24-hour notice. You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24-hours before your appointment begins. Otherwise,card on file will be charged the remaining balance for late cancellation. 100% of service or remaining balance will be charged using card on file for no show clients. If card on file declines client may be banned from booking future appts. or until balance due has been paid. We do understand unforeseen situations may occur.Which is why we ask in the event of a situation (after the 24-hour cut off) contact directly (757)609-1934 at least 6 hours prior to appointment. DO NOT text or DM. Courtesy re-booking are NOT guaranteed. If you do not reach us leave a voicemail someone from our staff will gladly contact you within 2 hours of receiving.
*LATE ARRIVALS
The Esthetician/Technicians are on a time schedule. Any client to arrive 15 mins after scheduled appointment time will be charged an additional $10 late fee on brow waxing, tinting, lash,or any other waxing service. $20 on facial or any other skin care service. $30 on any PMU services, packages and/or subscriptions. If client, exceeds 15 mins it will be at the Esthetician/Technician discretion whether to keep appointment with clients that are late. To adjust time appropriately in order to accommodate following appointments or client may have to reschedule.
If you are beyond 15 mins. late in order to apply deposit we ask that you call the spa directly. Do NOT text or DM's. Doing so will be treated as a late cancel/no show without an option to re-book. Contacting the spa directly ensures that we will do everything we can to arrange another time slot. Because of the high volume of schedule this allows staff to give clients the allotted time needed for each individual service.
**PARTIAL REFUND
Our partial refund policy are offered ONLY to those that are active Veteran's going on an duty. Or Out Of State visitors that may have had something unforeseen come up and unable to travel for whatever reason. If client, made 50% non refundable deposit a refund for 30% is refunded. If client made payment of 100% of the service a refund for 60% of the service shall be refunded. Because all service require a non-refundable deposit in order to secure scheduled time in which it takes to provide a service. We ask that clients are respectful to our time and for those that are awaiting to be scheduled due to limited availability. Refunds are processed to card on file within 5-7 business days.
* CHILD SAFETY POLICY **
Due to safety precautions and liability we CANNOT be responsible for watching child/children during your appointment. We ask respectfully that you do NOT bring any children(babies included) or guest that aren't being serviced. We also advise not to leave children in the car that are not of legal age to do so. If policy is violated 100% of service will be charged and appointment will be cancelled. We understand that unforeseen events may occur. In the event of such, depending upon the nature of the event supervisor may honor a courtesy reschedule to allow client to make arrangements. This is not guaranteed!! If courtesy reschedule is honored here's what to expect. In order to apply deposit the client has 7 days from the date of original appointment to reschedule. We do not count closed business days or holiday or spa closures against rescheduling.

If a courtesy re-book option is offered to a client. The client has 4 days from the original appointment to contact spa directly. In order to apply deposit towards appointment we ask that you contact within specified time. If client does not call directly within 4 days fees shall be forfeited. If client text rather than call directly fee is automatically forfeited. Client will then have to schedule a new appointment online and pay another deposit. If client does not show to a courtesy rebook 100% of service shall be charged or added to next visit. Client may also be banned from booking future appointments. We ask that clients are considerate of our time as we are to theirs.
CELLPHONES:
NO cellphones during services. We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to vibrate. Please inform your Esthetician/Technician that you need to step away on a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.
SKINCARE CLIENTS:
All clients are required to book online and fill out any online consent forms prior to being serviced. Please be sure to make sure Esthetician or therapist are aware of any allergies or medications taking daily. Thereafter, consent forms are updated annually or if client have not visited within 90 days.
Extractions services are ONLY for those that have had a skin consultation, or those routinely under facial treatments recommended by Esthetician/Therapist. If client, has NOT had facial services within 90 days Esthetician may recommend Our Signature "Essential" Facial depending upon skin's condition.
Recurring Clients:
Facial consent forms are to be filled out if it is your 1st facial at BEBJM. Consent forms are updated annually or if there are any new spa updates, allergies, or medication history. Please be sure to make Esthetician/Therapist aware of any new or current allergies or medications. If client has not had a facial service within 90 days a updated intake form is required. Extraction service are ONLY for those that have had a skin consultation within 60 days or are a recurring client. Depending upon skin's condition Esthetician may recommend a series of routine extractions in between facial treatments. If client, haven't had a facial services within 90 days Esthetician may recommend Our Signature Facial or Clarifying or Acne facial depending upon skin's condition.
Other services important information :
New & recurring brow clients a intake form shall be filled out before your initial visit. Thereafter, forms are updated if client has any new information such as medications, allergies or if spa updates forms or policies. If you are using Accutane, Retinol, or Retin-A we ask that you refrain from using at least 7-14 days before your treatment. Be sure Esthetician /Therapist are aware of any new allergies or medications currently taking or within the last 14 days.
TWEEN/TEEN SERVICES:
Waxing will not be permitted to Children under the age 14. Parental consent forms available upon arrival or booking. We ask that you read the ages & descriptions provided to each of the services. Parent/guardian are allowed to drop off teens 14-17 years old during brow and/or facial. Parent must arrive 10 mins before appointment to sign consent form and arrive 15 mins early for pick up. Child/children must stay inside the building until he or she parent/guardian has arrived. If someone else is dropping off or picking up he/she must come inside with valid ID to prove he or she is the individual parent/guardian gave permission to drop off or pick up. This is to ensure the safety and well being of your child is safe at BEBJM Failure to follow the protocols results to being unable to book in the future.
PRICES/SERVICES:
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to visit website/booking site for pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
WALK-INS
With servicing a large volume of clients, both brows and facials we are by APPOINTMENTS ONLY. Reserving online secures your slot with minimal to no wait time. We also like to give our clients the allotted time designed based upon service(s). However, we will post on our social media feed/stories any walk-in availability and any promotions.
PROMOTIONS:
Any Promotion, Special Offers, online Gift Certificates, Coupons, Giveaways, Packages, Subscriptions and/or Rewards cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, gift certificates, or any other coupons. Offers are not transferable. Offers will not be valid on appointments previously booked unless stated otherwise.

Are offered at a discounted rate and cannot be combined with any other promotions, coupons, discounts, model services unless approved by Owner.
